Counsellor Directory

This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description

Helping women make more room for themselves in their own lives.

Life has a way of pulling us in many directions.

Careers. Caregiving. Relationships. Responsibilities. Expectations. Life transitions.

You may be the person who shows up, gets things done, and appears to have everything together while quietly carrying stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or the weight of everything requiring your attention and energy.

Somewhere underneath all of it... you are still there.

At Laney Grace Wellness, I support women navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, caregiving, boundaries, past experiences, and life transitions.

With more than 20 years of leadership and executive administration experience, combined with my work in counselling, I bring professional knowledge, practical insight, and lived experience to every session. I understand the realities of balancing work, caregiving, relationships, and life's unexpected challenges.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to balance compassion with practicality. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood while exploring practical strategies that fit your everyday life.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and whole-person focused. We can explore the mental, emotional, physical, and relational pieces of your experience because you are not one-dimensional, and your well-being isn't either.

Counselling isn't necessarily about becoming someone new or creating a completely different life. Sometimes it's about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing patterns that may no longer fit, trusting your voice, and becoming more intentional about where your energy goes.

More room for yourself. More energy for what matters.
